About Georgina Fiske

As the Founder of Fiske, Georgina Fiske operates at the intersection of music, fandom, and the internet. Based in Naarm/Melbourne, she has worked across some of Australia’s most loved festivals and cultural events, bringing a deep understanding of live music, community, and what actually moves people.

Georgina’s work has evolved far beyond traditional artist management. They are deeply online, proudly a fangirl, and known for building highly engaged digital communities, particularly through Discord. She spends her days shaping fan spaces, moderating conversations, tracking culture in real time, and helping artists understand that connection is not accidental, it is designed. This digital-first lens informs everything they do.

Alongside running Fiske, Georgina works closely with One of One and has contributed to major community-led initiatives including the Victorian Multicultural Gala Dinner and Our Survival Day. In 2025, they spoke at SXSW Sydney, sharing insights on fandom, digital culture, and building sustainable creative careers in an industry that is constantly shifting.

With a sharp strategic brain and a healthy dose of chaos, Georgina is committed to supporting early-career artists to grow beyond the “emerging” label. Her work centres access, inclusivity, and longevity, breaking down industry barriers while embracing the messy, online, fan-driven reality of how music careers are actually built today.

About Fiske

Fiske is an independent artist management and digital strategy house helping musicians build meaningful connections with audiences online and beyond. Built on the belief that great content starts with a strong sense of identity, Fiske helps artists understand what to share, why it matters, and how to create content that feels true to their music.

Rather than chasing algorithms, trends, or one-size-fits-all strategies, Fiske focuses on helping artists create content people genuinely care about. The work sits at the intersection of storytelling, community, and creativity, supporting musicians to turn their ideas, personalities, and experiences into content that gives people a reason to become fans.

Through social media education, personalised content audits, strategy consults, and practical workshops, Fiske helps artists build confidence in showing up online. The focus is not on becoming influencers, but on becoming better communicators of their art, creating digital spaces where fans can connect with the person behind the music.

Operating inside the spaces where modern fandom is built, Fiske works with artists to develop sustainable approaches to content creation that can grow alongside their careers. By prioritising authenticity, consistency, and genuine connection over short-term metrics, Fiske helps musicians create communities that last.

Founded to make the music industry more accessible, Fiske believes every artist has a story worth sharing. The goal is to give musicians the tools, confidence, and strategy to share that story in a way that feels natural, intentional, and uniquely theirs.
